This service allows you to submit a request to amend any of the activities or data included in a valid conformity assessment body's accreditation certificate/scope after submitting all required evidence and documents:
If the accredited body wishes to amend any activity within the accreditation scope.

- If the location of the accredited conformity assessment body changes.
- If the accredited conformity assessment body wishes to wholly or partially suspend, cancel, or reduce the accredited scopes.

The national component must represent at least 40% of the total production cost. Obtaining this certificate enables the facility to register in the Ministry of Economy’s Certificate of Origin system, allowing it to export products abroad and benefit from customs exemptions.
