About this service
This service allows you to submit a request to amend any of the activities or data included in a valid conformity assessment body's accreditation certificate/scope after submitting all required evidence and documents:
If the accredited body wishes to amend any activity within the accreditation scope.
- If the accredited body wishes to change its commercial license, including the name and ownership of the body.
- If the location of the accredited conformity assessment body changes.
- If the accredited conformity assessment body wishes to wholly or partially suspend, cancel, or reduce the accredited scopes.
If the accredited body wishes to amend any activity within the accreditation scope.

Service Fees
In addition, the entity shall bear all the costs and expenses incurred in amending the accreditation activity, in addition to the expenses of travel, transportation, the residence of the assessor, or any additional expenses

for reviewing or evaluating the quality manual and documents (for each evaluation/revision process) (if necessary)
for urgent review or evaluation of the quality booklet and documents (for each evaluation/review process) (if necessary)
for the assessment of the conformity assessment body (field / remote) (per assessor / per day) (if necessary)
for amending any of the activities or data contained in the certificate/field of accreditation of a conformity assessment body
