Program Objective
In line with the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, Operation 300bn, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has launched numerous initiatives to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the national industrial sector. These efforts aim to boost self-sufficiency and industrial security while increasing the sector’s contribution to the country's GDP through greater national added value.
One of these initiatives is the Technology Transformation Program (TTP), launched in October 2022 as part of UAE’s 'Projects of the 50'. The program aims to accelerate technological transformation in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. It offers local and international investors quality investment opportunities and empowers Emirati talents to develop their skills and capabilities. The TTP includes several key initiatives.
The Technology Transformation Program (TTP) is designed to supercharge the UAE’s industrial transformation and help turn the country into a global hub for Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and industries of the future. It has five main initiatives, as listed below:
