Industry 4.0 Enablement Centers

The Industry 4.0 Enablement Centers initiative, comprising a network of specialist centers, aims to build manufacturers’ capacity and provide a range of services to support their adoption of advanced technology. The initiative assists manufacturers through all stages of the advanced technology adoption process—from raising awareness to practical application—by offering access to a network of partners, resources, and a platform for testing the latest technologies. The first Industry 4.0 Enablement Center was launched in 2022 in partnership with EDGE Group.

Objectives in collaboration with EDGE Learning and Innovation Factory:

Educating and training manufacturers on Industry 4.0 technologies.
Showcasing technologies and best practices in advanced and sustainable industrial operations.
Empowering manufacturers to improve planning, design, production, and supply chain operations by adopting advanced technologies.
Leveraging new technology applications to enhance industrial operations and create new business opportunities.

Leadership 4.0 and CEO 4.0 Programs:

Enablement Center activities with EDGE LIF:

These programs offer training courses for leaders, focusing on raising awareness of how to optimize factory operations through Industry 4.0 solutions.

Pioneers 4.0:

This hackathon brings together manufacturers, technology providers and academics to collaborate in developing innovative and commercially viable solutions to challenges in the industrial sector.

Tour 4.0

Under this initiative, field visits are organized to introduce industry leaders to UAE factories that have successfully implemented Industry 4.0 solutions, showcasing real-life applications of advanced technologies.

Talk 4.0

A series of technical discussions, workshops, seminars, and educational activities aimed at sharing knowledge and success stories related to Industry 4.0 technologies and best practices among industry leaders.
