Eighteen CEOs from some of the UAE’s largest industrial companies underwent an intense training course focused on Lean, Lean Digital and Industry 4.0-related solutions at the EDGE Learning & Innovation Factory (LIF) in Abu Dhabi. The one-day training sessions aimed to provide insights to manufacturing leaders on how to enhance and improve factory processes and operations in daily operations to reach better efficiency and customer satisfaction. The training also served as a discussion platform for industrial leaders and experts, and to encourage companies to implement best practices.
