About the Industrialist Program
The Industrialist Program is a first of its kind national initiative for offering job opportunities for Emiratis in industrial and advanced technology. The program is launched by Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) as part of the In-Country Value Program.
In line with the objectives of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology – Operation 300bn – this program supports the economic and social impact, as well as competitiveness of the UAE’s industrial and and advanced technology sectors. It aims to empower national talent and increase emiratization in the private sector.

The Industrialists Career Exhibition
The Industrialists Career Exhibition serves as a pioneering platform aimed at attracting Emirati job seekers in the UAE. The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to engage with manufacturers, tech companies, and service providers, explore specialized training programs and discover career opportunities in the industrial, advanced technology, and services sectors.
Developing and Empowering National Talent
The program launches specialized training initiatives to enhance the skills of Emirati nationals through workshops and accredited programs in key sectors. These initiatives aim to equip Emirati talent with the adaptability, efficiency and competitiveness needed to excel in a rapid and evolving job market.
Expanding Career Opportunities
By facilitating direct connections between Emirati professionals and key industry leaders, the program provides access to job opportunities across various specializations in the industrial sector through career exhibitions in partnership with relevant companies.

All Editions
The Industrialists Exhibition has successfully secured 3,000 job opportunities for Emirati talent in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain, with the participation of more than 100 companies.
First Edition – October 2023, Abu Dhabi
- 73+ companies participated.
- 505 immediate job opportunities were offered to Emirati professionals in industrial and service companies.
- Hosted specialized training sessions in collaboration with the ministry's training partners.
Second Edition – April 2024, Abu Dhabi
- 80+ companies participated.
- 885 job opportunities were offered, including 150 positions for People of Determination.
- Hosted 50+ workshops for companies and job seekers to introduce the program.
- With 4,500+ attendees, 10,000+ immediate interviews conducted.
Third Edition – October 2024, Abu Dhabi
- 90+ companies participated.
- Offered 900+ job opportunities, including 100 positions for People of Determination.
- Offered job and training opportunities for female national service recruits from the “Hama” program.
- Organized 70+ workshops for companies and job seekers.
- With 4,000+ attendees, 10,000+ immediate interviews conducted.
Two Special Editions – Ras Al Khaimah
- 23 May, 2024: In collaboration with the Higher Colleges of Technology.
- 4 September, 2024: In collaboration with Emirates Global Aluminium.
- 200+ jobs opportunities were offered in industry and advanced technology.
Al Ain Edition – February 2025
- 23 companies participated.
- 500 job opportunities offered across industrial, technological, and service sectors.
- With 3,000+ attendees, 10,000+ immediate interviews conducted.
