As part of our efforts to develop content for the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology's website, we are seeking to measure the extent of public satisfaction with the information and services provided by the website through a questionnaire. We will use the questionnaire results to help us create a smooth website experience that allows users to access information and services easily. The aim of this exercise is to enrich your experience in interacting with the Ministry.

Objective:
Strengthen the role of the community and involve them in the continuous development of services.


Results:
Through collecting and analysing customers' feedback, the Ministry of Industry developed its official website based on the advice received by the ministry from its customers and a section concerned with jobs and providing lists of the most frequently used services.
