• Inspection of the facility to ensure that it complies with the conditions of the industrial license.
• Amendment is approved if data and attachments are correct.

Requirements

• Attach the documents you wish to amend (trade name, legal entity, ownership change, capital), while providing: - Copy of a valid local license - Copy of the amended partnership contract - Copy of family book for citizens, or passport and residence permit for non-citizens.
• For modification of financial statements, changing raw material record, changing product record, changing the factory’s address, no documents are required.
• For location change or activity change, the following documents are needed: - Copy of the local license - Map - Inspection report - Workers' statement from the Ministry of Labor - Existence of the amendment in the local license certificate.
