The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) annually organizes multiple editions of the "Industrialists" Career Exhibition for Industry and Advanced Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Nafis Program. As one of the key initiatives under the Ministry’s National In-Country Value (ICV) Program, the exhibition aims to enhance employment opportunities in the private sector. The event experiences year-on-year growth in the number of job and training opportunities announced, as well as in the attendance of thousands of young Emirati talents seeking employment. Each edition features thousands of on-the-spot job interviews and training programs that lead to employment. To date, approximately 4,200 Emirati individuals have secured job opportunities through the fair.
