Applying for a permit to practice an activity within a period not exceeding six months starting from the date of issuance of the commercial license, and the application shall be canceled after 6 months if the entity does not fulfill the requirements for practicing the activity. This period may be extended for a similar period based on justified reasons for its extension estimated by the Ministry. If the entity does not meet the requirements within the specified period, the Ministry addresses the licensing authority to cancel the commercial license issued to the conformity assessment body.
